Pilates.
Why did you choose to specialize in Ob/Gyn?
I chose to specialize in Ob/Gyn to be able to provide medical, surgical and psychological care to women of all ages

Cooking
What is the best advice anyone has given you?
Say “Yes” when presented with new opportunities
What is your favorite animal?
I cannot pick a favorite animal because my life if full of animals: chickens, rabbit, cats (all rescues), 3 Great Pyrenees dogs and 1 Cardigan Corgi, 4 horses (2 rescued) and 2 donkeys (both rescues)
What do you like about living in Asheville?
I love Asheville and have loved watching it change from a sleepy mountain community to the active, eclectic welcoming community it has become.
What was your favorite subject in school?
Literature was my favorite subject.
Do you have a life motto?
Say yes.
What is on your “bucket list”?
Back woods horseback trip
What would your profession be if you weren’t a physician?
I have no idea what I would have done if I hadn’t become a physician, everyday I feel fortunate to be a physician.
What music are you listening to now?
My Pandora shuffle is crazy: Van Morrison, Willie Nelson, Steep Canyon Rangers, Dire Straits, Santana.
What is your favorite thing to eat?
Siggi’s Icelandic yogurt which is super high protein and low carb
